Having had a problem with my computer which has now been fixed but I was left without any software. I reinstalled Firefox by downloading it from the web site. I then logged into my account expecting my bookmarks to re-appear but they have not. Can you help please?

Try syncing the account by the following steps.

  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Turn on Sync.
 4.  Tap the Use email instead button on the Turn on Sync screen within the app.
 5.  Enter your Firefox Account credentials.

if you had any saved bookmarks they will be restored

Did you possibly reset the password of the Firefox Account because you forgot it as that will remove all data stored on the Sync server ?
