Netflix & also Stan will not remember my Username or password

Hi,I have a lot of trouble with Netflix & Stan remembering my Username & Password & also on Stan,& also I cannot go full Screen,when I do the Screen is Black & I can only hear the Sound I have the same problem with both programs when I download the apps from Microsoft Store,BUT BUT BUT If I download the EXACTLY the Same on Google Chrome,I do not have ant problems at all WHY,& How do I fix it without setting Google Chrome as my default Browser I use Windows 10 & have the latest up todate Program Please assist Thanks Darryl
