Am running Tbird 45.8.0 on High Sierra. Get emails from usual correspondents, but not from Microsoft (which has my correct address.) This is in connection with downloading an MS product for which I have the key. Their setup procedure for this involves emailing me a 4-digit number which I then use to proceed. I do not know why their emails do not get through to me.

Keazen oplossing

Go to your providers webmail site and see if the email is there. Thunderbird displays messages that actually make it to your inbox on your providers server. Check the Spam folder there.
