I had this issue with Google.co.uk And .com the other day. Someone (not here) suggested resetting the modem which cured it.

However I've now done a FF update (52.4.0 (32-bit)) and get the same issue with Faceboo.com, but resetting the modem this time does not work (Google still ok).

I needed to install the DOD ID SW CA-37 intermediate certificate.

Certificate chain: DoD Root CA 3 -> DOD ID SW CA-37 -> www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil
