I am currently trying to navigate the Mozilla Firefox browser and cannot find the "internet options" feature. Normally this is found under the Tools section of internet explorer. I am trying to gain access to clear my SSL content so that my military ID can work with my military portal. This is a home laptop, but the card reader shows nothing wrong with the install and my ID isn't expired.

you might try looking under tools for options. most of your web browsing set ups are in there. Tools is located in your menu bar or you can find options in the three bars on the top right side of your browser.
