Due to the Firefox was always uninstalled automatically from my laptop and workstation, I installed in a specific folder c:\Users\xxx\Mozilla Firefox\ instead of the default folder c:\Program Files\Mozilla\ - it worked well and was not uninstalled automatically again. But the Firefox updates will not be installed in the same folder, and there will be two Firefox listed in Windows Apps list - different revisions. I am wondering if this is a bug and what I should do to have the updates installed in the same folder? thank you.

I am 92 years old and find it impossible to use your products because you keep changing the interface between the software and me. Please give me the option of changing the interface or continue to use the old. All that is needed is when you offer an update to your apps give me. and others, a button that will take us back to the previous interface. Better still, allow the user to move the various buttons around the screen to suit their needs. So far this year, you have made it so difficult for me to use your product because when I have learnt to use the new layout, you changed it again. Who ever designs the personal interface does not realise how we, the users, actually use your product. We are all different. Do not tell me it can't be done, I was designing and programing computers in 1964. I know what is possible and what is not. I am seriously considering changing to another provider. Owen Bartrop

One of the things I love abt Firefox Focus is its simple Google search page that won't show any trending topics and it really makes it a no fuss browser.

But after the recent update in android 136.0.1 , I am utterly disappointed that the thing I loved the most abt this browser is no longer there and Google search looks just like it looks in the chromium based broswers.

I want developers to consider this request to make it look like before, it would really make this actually a No fuss browser.

I don’t know if I have installed this app properly but it should be showing up trackers blocked how many by now installed it 3 days ago. WOULD STILL PLEASE HELP ME OUT ASAP

Feature request: a way to easily backup & restore settings, allowing clean reinstallation without having to manually enter frequently used sites into the search settings.

Using Firefox Klar for Android

Dear support team/community, I need help with the installation Firefox focus for my android device, devicelocation is germany..with an easy VPN (proton) or over the settings in my firefox browser app, can't install the very nice 'mozilla upgrade'.. :( Thanks in advance.

When trying to install FireFox Focus on my PC I get the following message "This Google account is not yet associated with a device. Please access the Play Store app on your device before installing apps. Learn more". I have followede the installation instructions to no avail. Please help.

Not sure whether this is related to an update on apple iOS 17.6.1 or Firefox focus. At one point it worked, then last update on both ends I'll say for now this problem reoccured again.

I use an apple iPad 11 Pro with Magic Keyboard. If i wanna type in the URL bar it simply doesnt allow for the curser to be placed in that area, however, if I detach the iPad from the Magic Keyboard the function returns and now I'm able to place curser in url bar and being typing an address.

Prior to this problem reoccurring once more with one of the updates, it was fine for a couple of months (perhaps from may till august - best guess but I have no idea), but before may (lets say) I also dealt with the same exact problem for over a year or more.

Just updated Firefox to version 112.2 on my iPad which has iOS 15 Did the update via the apple App Store. Relaunched (restarted) Firefox and ALL tabs that were open are Gone! I can’t find the “restore previous session” option anywhere.

Can you tell me where to find it? How do I get the previous session back?!?

I’ve been using Firefox for years. Firefox not starting up after the update with all the previous tabs open is devastating to me. I need to get the previous session restored. Please help
