Frequently (but not always), Firefox iOS mobile will startup, allow me to enter a portion of my search text then, open a new tab and/or clear the text I’ve already typed. I looked for settings that would remedy to no avail (“Jump back in” and “start screen” related settings had no affect). Obviously, I’m typing before startup has fully finished, so I’d recommend either delaying my ability to type until startup is finished or addressing the interrupting behavior. For sake of reproducing the error, I tend to fully close apps when I’m not using them, so this is full startup process, not a return to application.
I’m trying to turn off the ai overview on my iphone firefox app and cannot find the setting. Any thoughts on this? Thank you!!

I'm unable to synch passwords and such between my desktop and iPad despite repeated attempts via scanning the QR code displayed on the desktop screen. It doesn't seem to recognize that I'm using Firefox for IOS on the iPad in spite of downloading and installing it again. Appreciate any enlightenment on this, thanks.

I have installed a self hosted syncserver-rs and it works excellently on an Ubuntu and a Windows 10 computers. I tried to add my iOS device but it simply does not sync. It says "synchronized" and reports the last sync date but nothing shows up from the other devices, nor anything shows up on the other devices from the iOS device. I configured the iOS device to point to the syncserver-rs: "Use custom FxA Content Server": https://accounts.firefox.com "Use Custom Sync Token Server": https://mydomain.com/token/1.0/sync/1.5 Note that on both computers I used the address "https://mydomain.com/1.0/sync/1.5" and not "https://mydomain.com/token/1.0/sync/1.5" and it works great. On Firefox for iOS: - if I use "https://mydomain.com/1.0/sync/1.5" it says sync failed, and nothing syncs - If I use "https://mydomain.com/token/1.0/sync/1.5" sync seems to work but nothing syncs anyway.
Too many cookies getting into my FireFox. The settings to remove cookies are not woking like they should. I have to constantly go and removed them myself.

Hello Recently I’ve been unable to use PayPal links when attempting to check out from any retail website while using FireFox for iOS. When I click the “PayPal” option in the cart it opens a new tab but nothing happens and the tab and browser bar in the new tab reads “about:blank” This did not used to be a problem. This problem has occurred with any retail site I’ve attempted to check out of recently. My browser is up to date and I’ve already tried clearing my entire browsing history as well as uninstalling and reinstalling FireFox. I’ve reviewed every setting I can find and the other (older) articles I’ve found about this issue reference the desktop version and selecting options such as “Advanced” which aren’t present in the iOS version. Hopefully you can provide some ideas. Thanks!

Is it possible with the iOS app (128.3) to view values of cookies stored for a website? It doesn’t appear as though that is data that can be synced to desktop, either. (Would make sense for some browser-specific key:value) If it helps, I know the name of the cookie I’m specifically looking for.
