Practice page in freecodecamp.com is not appearing. I have tried all the help articles but it is not resolving. I have attached screen shot also. There is data above the marker I have put. It is not going up. Please help

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?
