I have had lots of problems with my pc and this morning when I was trying to get it started I was offered a "Refresh your Pc"option which I did, My Mozilla Firefox browser seems to have disappeared since then since then and I was offered to open a Firefox account which I did thinking that would get my bookmarks(or Favourites) back but it hasn't. I think this new account does not recognise me. I don't have any bookmarks or favourites on any other browser. Is it possible to retrieve my oroginal Mozilla Firefox account which has got dozens of Bookmarks on it for me ? Thank you.

I use FF password manager for all protected sites. On one recent occasion, I accidentally told Password Manager "DO NOT SAVE", how do I undo this action for one specific site that I can not get the manager to save my log on info?

I want to merge my old work email Firefox account with my new personal email account. I no longer have access to the work email account.

First of all, I want to say "I like FireFox !" That said, I want to know about these managers ; IPassword Last Pass Dashlane Bit Warden Does FireFox support these managers , are they trustworthy ? Thanks !

firefox gave me a chance to buy Galaxy S10 1$. but i'm in iran and our banks arent valid to import information... what should i do to recieve this gift? help me. thank U. <3

In addition to Twitter/Facebook/Linked in, websites often have other click-through (?) links which are replaced with these NonIcons, which I cannot use, as their title/name/use is replaced also.

I have attached an image I created from 3 websites' NonIcons.

I do hope this has an easy fix.

wenn ich beim email system t-online.de eine längere mail lesen will, springt seit einiger Zeit der cursor immer wieder zurück nach oben. Ich kann die mail nicht "anhalten" Bei anderen browsern wie Opera oder Ciqz passiert dies nicht. Das Problem tritt auch auf bei einem anderen laptop, der am gleichen Router hängt aber mit eigener e-mail -Anschrift arbeitet und keine add-ons verwendet.

Somehow ( I didn't do it deliberately) when signing onto my banking (Scotiabank) website, my account number and my password is already filled in. I have never done anything to cause this to happen, although I may have done it accidentally?? how, I do not know. I have tried everything to remove it so that I fill in that information myself each time I want to sign in to my Scotiabank account. I tried ctrl + shift + delete and no combination of the selections worked. Help, I cannot for safety reasons have this information showing. I have spoken to the bank, I have spoken to Google and they recommended I contact Fire Fox. Can you help. It would be very helpful if I could actually speak to someone, but I cannot find a contact phone number to do so.

 This above webpage just blinks and then landing on a blank white page. This happens only in firefox for this particular webpage. I tried in Firefox Nightly, firefox in mobile, all older versions of firefox too but still the same result.

Troubleshooting tried so far are below - Tried firefox safe mode, disabled addons, refreshed firefox - Tried in different internet connections, created another profile in firefox - Tried disabling hardware acceleration Nothing is working so far. Can someone assist in this. Thanks Ahamz

I had no clue My browser had been chanced until I tried to figure out some other things and saw that FireFox was not my default Browser! How di that happen? I don't remember ever changing!!!!!!!

This HORRIBLE stupidity is now known across the Internet.

Firefox HAD been my main browser, now I am forced to use Chrome, my backup.

Firefox had been crashing sometimes several times a day ..... but this is the last straw.

IF it gets fixed and returns my add-ons, which except for Kaspersky ALL came via Firfox add-on selections I would try< Firefox again, Too bad those idiots f*cked it up.

I will now look for another browser to replace Firefox, since Chrome is far from my favorite (Firefox WAS)

Alle meine Erweiterungen (Norton Password Manager, Trusted Shop, Add-Blocker, etc.) sind weg, genauso wie meine Themes. Wenn ich über die Add-ons-Verwaltung etwas installieren möchte, bringt es die Fehlermeldung, dass ich meine Verbindung überprüfen soll. Was soll ich prüfen? Wenn ich Firefox aufrufe, kann ich meine Mails und alles andere aufrufen. Also funktioniert die Verbindung. An meinem Norton Internet Security kanns auch nicht liegen, da es bis heute Morgen immer reibungslos funktioniert hat. Also wo liegt der Fehler in der Verbindung?

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Deep trouble here, after recent FF update, tabs went all red, and worst all bookmarks vanished, XY querty zeyboard wrong way round, massive amounts of crash errors. Adobe flash defunct, Add on's Adblock doesn't work,reloaded FF so many times, refreshed. done everything. The recover bookmarks is about as confusing as it could be.

What have you lot done to ruin and where to start in the simplest way to start rectification without having to take it to an expert.

I had to reset my password login, I lost mine, I tried to get a recovery link sent to my Email but after 2 attemps and 1hr no link was sent.

 I downloaded  fire fox on my new lab top and added the new password on it now both  lab tops won't accept the new password , I finaly had a link sent to my Email to change the pass, I did that 3 times was told it was sussess took me to login were was told pass did not match

Please help
