I signed onto my parents computer that was assigned to a school district and now everytime I open firefox on any of my devices their website keeps popping up. I've signed out of their computer and have tried deleting and reopening my account, and nothing seems to work.

To whm it may concern, Having the same problem as others with homepage shortcuts and Its absolutely absurd - I want FAVORITES shortcuts on my home screen, not shortcuts for every flamin page I visit (mind you, your new shortcuts creation option is designed so poorly, if I sign into something like an email account, it saves shortcuts for the initial page, the login page and the landing page! - Seriously Mozilla??) The box you once checked to save favorite site shortcuts now says "sites you save OR VISIT". Thats just utterly ridiculous, especially when I have set cookies and history to be deleted on browser exit.

I have returned to firefox after getting a new laptop, but I can only create 8 shortcuts on the home page. Initially I could only create 5, but 3 more opportunities to 'add a shortcut' randomly appeared. I have selected to have 4 rows of shortcuts and this setting remains, but still I cannot add any new shortcuts. How can I add more shortcuts please?

Hi there. I accidentally downloaded an app "startfenster.de" when updating VLC player. I deleted the app from my laptop but the website still opens whenever I start firefox. I tried changing the settings for the Browser, cleaning the cache, rebooting the laptop but nothing works. What can I do? The website https://www.startfenster.de/ doesn't seem to be dangerous but I still fnid it rather annoying. Thank you for your help! Katrin

I really miss the home symbol (a little house), as it allowed me to go back to the original page- blank. I could just start over without having to clear the address bar. It was way better than without it. Any way I can get it back?

1. My customised webpages at startup no longer appear. Instead pages http://firefox/firefox.exe and http://files/Mozilla come up. 2. If I change its Open pages where I left off, with my customised webpages, I get my customised pages back with extra tabs open for http://firefox/firefox.exe and http://files/Mozilla upon re-opening 3. I have clear, cache, browing data, etc. Any ideas?

When I log in, Firefox always takes me to a site that I NEVER use. When I log in, I want to go to F:/documents. How can I do this?? It will save me minutes every time I log in! henry dove

Firefox open a home page when I press Esc in every page.
