Je viens de m'ouvrir un compte MOZILLA ,car précisement sur CHROME mon compte MICROSOFT est pollué par ce WOT sécurity scan qui vient , je ne sais d'où et qui , au prétexte de me protéger vient de bloquer mon blog de théâtre amateur sous prétexte que c'est un site pour adultes alors qu'il n'en est rien ! I continually received messages from Mozilla stating that my Mozilla account and data would be deleted.

how do I cbange my secondary email to being my primary email for signing in and receiving messages from you. I rarely if ever use the fastmail email account. thanks, Leigh Scheele [edited from public] @gmail.com

I have a new Mozilla (FireFox) account and keep getting emails that say I need to confirm it. They include a button to do so but I'm not clicking it unless I get better information from you. Please help. The email swears my account will be deleted if I don't confirm it. What do I do?

on the list of current sign ins I am unable to click “sign out” of the oldest account on the list.

with a couple others it quickly signed me out, but this on is not.

Can't download Mozilla VPN app to 3rd PC. . Have Mozilla VPN on 2 of 3 PC's. I Have allowed vpn app to download thru defender firewall. Download App stops 3/4 of way thru opening. I signed out of vpn service, in connected services, in hope re-installing would help with issue. Now service is missing from list, adding to my initial problem. How do I restore service and fix download problem. Syncing not option as other 2 pc's have never been synced and work fine! Suggestions??

In the password login page in the upper right hand corner the manage account link takes me to "session expired" and my profile pic will not populate and my display name is not displayed.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

It was fine and was displaying all the info and my old profile pic except I just went through a legal name change for gender affirming reasons (mtf) and when I changed it, it went blank and stopped functioning properly. It shows the new email only and clicking on that takes me to a "session expired"

I have to strip off everything but https://accounts.firefox.com and then sign in. ANd it lets me in.

But I see that I'm not signed into the browser and when I try, I used the auth code and it says bad request.

So since I changed my account name, I'm now locked out.
