Issue Description: On the user's first visit to the page, the thumbnail fails to load and displays a black screen instead of the intended image. This issue is observed specifically in Firefox, while the same functionality works seamlessly across other browsers.

Steps to Reproduce: Open our webpage in Mozilla Firefox. Ensure it is the first visit (clear cache if necessary). Observe the thumbnail image section.

Expected Behavior: The thumbnail should load and display the intended image correctly.

All of my desktop bookmarks are on mobile, but after resetting my password they won't sync back to my desktop. I can't even access them from my desktop, despite browsing data still being clearly accessible. I have 10 years of bookmarks on my mobile device that for whatever reason now will not transfer to my desktop firefox no matter what I try. Since there's no way to manually export to xml on mobile I have no way of accessing these and I am at risk of losing 10 years of bookmarks, many of which are vital to the work I do.

I have an mp4 (h264 AAC) video of 37MB which plays acceptably from my website in Safari, Chrome and Edge, but when played in Firefox (my default browser) the sound and picture synch is significantly seperated. When the video is compressed to 26MB it suffers some expected loss of sound quality but plays with near perfect lip synch. What is the issue with playback ?

The autostart of the page is attached. It is not possible to disable it. I have tried everything. I have uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it, but unfortunately the page still appears every time I start firefox. Before the update everything was fine, but after the last update it keeps showing me this instead of a blank page with favorites

With the release of Firefox 133, I switched from the add-on Tree-sized tabs to the newly implemented Vertical tabs, and so far I really like the feature. Although, I was wondering if there was a way to reduce the width of the expanded sidebar? Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.

Yet another sterling example of why change is usually bad. Why did Firefox, Google and other browsers (though don't know about Duck Duck Go) drop the 100 results per page option? I've always had that enabled and now that it was removed it makes searching extremely tedious and time wasting. Please offer a SIMPLE AND QUICK way to restore this option ASAP. Thank you.

I keep getting pop-ups in the right lower corner from "mozilla firefox" (not sure if they are legit). They will say: "zeus.2020 trojan detected" or "virus detected" or "system is infected", etc. All have "Mozilla Firefox" in the upper left of the pop-up, and "via rgfirewall.xyz" at the bottom. Is this truly legit, or is it just a nuisance? I've just been closing them with the x or dismiss buttons.

I want AI to ALWAYS open when opening the sidepanel. That's why you have a side panel... So how the ... do I STOP Firefox from always opening Bookmarks when the sidepanel is opened?

And No, it doesn't remember last saved choice.

And please fix the ... scaling problem with AI making users manually press UP ARROW to send the message instead of ENTER when the sidepanel is below 40% of the ... screen. This is highly ... annoying!

How do I remove the sidebar permanently. It is now as I said above about 2.5cm wide and growing! I want it gone and none of the solutions give any idea how to do this. The show/hide button only made the damn thing expand!

There is a setting on Firefox that prevents me from responding to comments. I tried on another browser and do not have the same problem. Yahoo sends notifications that there was a response to my comment with a reply button. Although when pressing reply it is suppose dto take you to that comment and it does not. It takes you to the beginning of the comments. I have not changed any settings.

Firefox has become exceedingly slow. I have used Firefox for the most part going back to the beginning save a 2 year stint when Mozilla fell behind and did not update the product in the early years after ver 4. However, the slowness of Firefox is so bad now that I may have to find or use another browser! It is literally that bad! This problem is recent as in the last 45 days as far as my individual needs. I have already gone through the troubleshooting list and made the modifications. That seemed to work for a day or two but the slowness of Firefox is progressively getting worse with each passing day.

The speed is like 3 minutes to 10 minutes when just trying to open a known and commonly used bookmark. Checked against Edge which came with Win 11 and Edge loads within a second or two. So, the problem is not hardware or internet connection. I have one of the fastest speeds on the planet with a true fiber optic connection as I am close to the backbone location in my city. We are talking 2.1gig down and 820MB up. Tested against two different speed tests. The problem is with Firefox specific. Mozilla needs to address this issue as it seems to be an ongoing problem across several IOS platforms.
