On a couple of sites (e.g. Petapixel) when I click "Load Comments", nothing happens. I suspect this may be because Firefox security is preventing comments from loading because of site tracking or other security issues. Is this the cause?

I just saw on line a notice about mozilla monitor and I tried the free scan. I was alarmed. My quesiton is if you have more than one email associated with you ID information, does mozilla monitor cover those different email addresses?

I get this message from Gmail when I try to print or open in a new tab.

"Grrr! A popup blocker may be preventing the application from opening the page. If you have a popup blocker, try disabling it to open the window."

I can not find a way to fix this and did not have this problem with the previous version.

Dear Team, I am always facing problems when opening driverpracticaltest.dvsa.gov.uk link. the problem is with both windows and android. whenever I try to open the link it always shows error from website that they have blocked the website for security reasons. I have disable all the add-ons for this website but still get this error every time. Sometime if i do not get error it redirect me to the CAPTCHA verification but CAPTCHA never loads. no matter how many times we reload the website. I have to switch Edge just to open this website. please do something about it. Thank you

I use firefox with duckduckgo as my search engine.Every search was becoming so slow so I went to settings and deleted cookies and site data thinking this would unclog things. Now I cant access any site. Is there a way to reinstate this data?

Jak go kliknę to nie podpowiada żadnego hasła ale jest on widoczny automatycznie a nie chcę żeby był widoczny. W zakładce hasła w ustawieniach nie ma tego maila, usunąłem "ciasteczka ze stroną onetu" a cały czas ten adres mailowy mi wyskakuje, przesyłam zrzut ekranu gdzie są widoczne te podpowiedzi a nie chce żeby były Proszę o pomoc

When I sign in to my bank, placing the cursor in the username box produces a number of username options, including the actual unsername and other mistyped ones from previous login efforts. I don’t want any unsername prompts. I went to Passwords in Firefox and made sure to remove the bank as a site to retain and offer such information when signing into that account. I continue to receive these username prompts. This doesn’t happen with other accounts. I cannot track down where that username information resides, how to remove it, and how to prevent Firefox from retaining this username information for this bank account.

When I clear my history, my accounts autofill email information. I check all the boxes including "Active logins" and "Form and search history". My emails and usernames and passwords still autofill on every website. Please help.

I was trying to troubleshoot a black screen of death issue with Windows10 that first started appearing after Firefox adopted the new Private Browsing icon. In the process of doing so, I tried every combination of Firefox settings imaginable. Nothing worked as far as Asus, Windows, or Firefox settings, rolling back/ updating various drivers, etc. So, I decided to refresh Firefox and when that did not work, I decided to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. I'm not sure if that worked as far as the original black screen of death issue is concerned because now Firefox no longer remembers my cookies and site data allowed exceptions (my only exceptions were my bank websites, which worked as expected until the uninstall/reinstall). I've tried selecting always use private browsing and always delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed (my previous settings), but every time I close Firefox and return those three exceptions are missing. Any ideas would be most welcome. BTW, does anyone know how to use that folder Firefox puts on the home screen labeled "Old Firefox Data" because I was expecting there to be a .exe file to click on to reload all the previous settings in one fell swoop.

The site works with Microsoft Edge, which is not my usual browser. (That's Firefox). I have tried clearing history and it has no effect. Can anyone confirm that this is a Firefox message and what it means?

I have no idea how I got into incognito mode and I have not found a solution on getting back out. My main problem is that I am locked into an incognito mode keyboard which I find close to unreadable.

I set up a Primary Password, but I can easily get around it by clicking 'cancel' then clicking 'home' icon. then I can get into ANY of the links. For others who have access to my computer NOT having that access is Exactly why I set up Primary password in the first place. Surely there must be a way to fix this???? haas2128@comcast.net Thanks. I am using Firefox with synchronisation mainly on 2 PCs and 1 iPhone (there are old iPhone and 1 raspberry Pi connected, but not used). I have noticed that at least for a few months Firefox password library on iPhone was missing some password I needed, but I could always look them up on either PC without problem. Usually i tried to fix this by manualy synchronizing Firefox on iPhone in settings, it always showed that it is synchronized. Today I have discovered that i have only 19 passwords saved on my PC - same as on iPhone, but yesterday there were much more (probably all, but I can not be certain). Oldest one was created on 30. 10. 2023. All other are gone, I have managed to restore some old passwords (cca 370) from october 2021. I have disconnected internet and WiFi, placed old logins.json and key4.db in current profile, opened firefox and exported them. Once internet is restored, all passwords are deleted again, only those 19 recently created stay.

I did not delete any passwords or logins or anything on any device and did not delete any file or firefox profile. Why did it delete passwords without asking? And how can I prevent this from repeating? Because this is unusable password manager that randomly decides to purge login data from time to time.

these last days, whenever i visits any page that fall under archiveofourown.org, i often end up with the page just trying to connect for ages, only to give up and say "secure connection" failed. and that " the authentication of the data could not be confirmed" (i don´t get an error code) sometimes it works, sometimes not. i can reach the pages fine on my phone, and on other browsers. i can also connect to other webpages so it´s not my connection that´s the issue. i use the page a lot, so this is really an issue. i recently switched over to firefox, and i don´t wanna have to switch back.
