The "Not Spam" button seems to attempt a removal of a specific address from the spam listing and, perhaps, momentarily move it to the inbox; However, something repopulates the spam filter with the address that was just declared as "Not Spam" !

I recently changed over to FF from Internet Explorer. All seems fine except when I go into certain sites, like cooking shows, etc., and want to print off recipes, they are blocked. Why is this happening and how I make FF print off what I want and not what it wants?? Why doesn't FF have the ability to talk with a REAL LIVE person. Answers and questions and chats with other customers just doesn't do it sometimes, only real live people do!!

The above question: result is that I am unable to search using Google search box. I want to stop the verify new home page box from automatically appearing every time I open Firefox. Please assist! Thanks.

Firefox crashes with every profile, normal and safe mode sometimes showing the session restore window for a second This started after the latest update; there have been some crashes before every few days, sometimes weeks -but not at startup)

Seems to be working in offline mode?

This even crashed when I tried to submit my account subscription for Firefox support

I've sent several crash reports. I've 'refreshed' it. I've removed all plugins. The only add ons left are: - activetouch ( always activate ) - OpenH264 ( always activate ) - Primetime content decryption module ( always activate ) - Citrix ICA - Citrix online web deployment - Citrix URL redirector helper - Google update - Silverlight I've uninstalled all other related software and refreshed since I've uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled

Unfortunately, if there is no solution to remedy this, I'll be forced to abandon Firefox and make Chrome my default.

Firefox crashes about 5 seconds after starting. Starting firefox in safe mode doesn't change anything. Error still appears after a clean reinstall (removing all temporary registry entries, folders and app-data folders).

Maybe i'm doing something wrong, but i keep getting tripped-up by a most annoying setting i can't seem to alter.

When i open a new tab, which defaults to the page i want of course, the cursor is IN the address bar at THE END of the address !!!! This is curse-words annoying as i'm sure you understand. ALL the other browsers default to the correct place on the page or form, decided by the page designer...

There used to be (yet another) plugin to correct this, but apparently that doesnt work anymore. So i assume there must be a setting somewhere, or is it a bug? Would you like me to point this bug out, in some bug-reporting section?

PDFs stopped loading for me several revisions ago. I do not use any PDF plugins. I have followed the advice given in other troubleshooting threads on this topic by: trashing mimeTypes.rdf; turning off hardware acceleration; setting Preferences -> Applications -> Portable Document Format to Preview In Firefox; all of my pdfjs about:config options are set to the defaults. PDFs will not load. I am given an endless loading animation.

I'm using a Toshiba 64-bit laptop, running Windows 10 Home, 8gb memory, 1T hard drive.

In the past I've had the App Web2pdf and it worked very well and I really liked it. Just within the last couple of days, it has stopped working. I disabled it, rebooted, re-enabled it, didn't work. I uninstalled it, rebooted, re-installed it, didn't work. I then uninstalled that and installed an App called Web2pdf Converter, thinking it would do the same thing, but it wouldn't work either. I disabled it, rebooted, enabled it, and it didn't work.

When I click on the little icon for it on the menu bar, absolutely nothing happens. If I click on the little drop down arrow next to the icon, I get a drop down menu containing Options and Web2Pdf Converter Home Page. When I click on either one of these options, again absolutely nothing happens.

I've run out of ideas, so I'm here asking for help. Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.

When I visit pets.people.com/pets (and a couple other pages on that site), I'm unable to view the content on the page. I was able to view this page before on my previous browser. It's like the whole header takes over the page and I'm unable to see the actual content. Is there a fix?

I LOVE FireFox, so I use it daily. After since the latest update, my Moz bar is all covered. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, as well as re-downloaded FF, but nothing helps. Here's how my menu bar looks like now: http://screencast.com/t/NBjJ5FDvxQ How can I fix it?

not sure what this is,i keep getting these pop ups saying this and that has self destructed also some pop ups say that and this has been suppressed,have never seen this problem b4,it does not do this on other browsers,this is huge problem 4 me,ive tried multiple things to fix but no such luck,thanks

I use the Amazon plugin to add items to wish lists. The old Amazon add on was perfect. I tried the new one a few weeks ago, and it didn't work. So I uninstalled it. Today, I tried again, and it still doesn't work. It shows a "2" on the button icon, as if it has linked with my account and has messages. When I click it, a gray box appears, the circular arrow spins, and nothing ever loads. Please help!
