Almost every time I open Firefox it has changed my screen look, my preferences and my security settings. I'm lucky if my restoring lasts 2 days. For example; this morning I opened Firefox and all appeared to be OK. This is afternoon and Firefox has come up with a dark screen, changed preferences and altered my security settings. I've raised this subject before and I'm really tired of doing this. I favour Firefox because I like the relative independence of it, whereas MS and others seem to pry on everything one does. I also think MS is deceitful in that I cannot get back my MS Office (that I paid for) after a rebuild.

My online pharmacy, connected to HumanaCenterWell, no longer opens in Firefox. A message "forgerock, redirect_uri_mismatch" appears. It did work until a few months ago and it does work on Google.

Dear Mozilla/Firefox, in the past week or so Firefox is noticeably slower to load than Norton Secure or Google Chrome. Running from a shortcut or pasting the same link into the address bar, Firefox takes around 25 seconds to load where Norton is almost instant. There are features of Firefox that I prefer over other browsers so hope you can guide me how to fix this. Thank you,

As of 21/11/2023, I can no longer use several chat services that had previously worked on Firefox, for example Santander bank and EDF. Plus, the POWR widget has stopped working on one of my favourite websites.... it used to pull in the charity's Facebook content but now all I see is the text and no imagery. All of these functionalities work fine in Google Chrome and Edge so what's wrong please? Thanks in advance UF https://www.aldingbournetrust.org/make.html

Themes do not stay locked since several updates back. It is ridiculous that every time you open the browser you need to go to settings and get 'dark theme' back on, when it is the only theme many of us with visual problems can use. MANY people have complained about this (read your own reviews). FIX IT! It's doubtless a five minute job to put this back the way it was.

I use photopea.com for photo editing and stuff, but I accidentally clicked on the option to have that site not show a pop-up asking if I'm sure I want to leave the site and asking if I'm sure I want to close a project. Now I can't close projects at all.

Can someone tell me how I can re-enable it for the website?

I'm getting errors when trying to make online card payments with Firefox. Things like, Invalid card number, not being able to type number in box provided, (No Cursor). It works ok on some sites but not others. However, if I switch to the Edge browser all transactions work perfectly. This has been happening for some time (Windows 11). I'm thinking this could be a bug but not sure.

I have a PC operating on Win 11. just recently upgraded to the latest version of Firefox and can't find my bookmarks. not finding the help areas very helpful. how do I get them back and installed on left side of screen as I did in old version?

i now keep getting a pop up window saying that this profile was last used with a newer version of this application. Please create q new profile. what am I to do?

I use Firefox for Mac. Often when I want to click on a link or complete an on-line form, a long list of unwanted suggestions pops up and orevents me doing this. Only by hitting Escape can I get control back.

By the way, I don't want any solution which involves clearing the cache, as I value that help.

This happens with multiple sites, so it is a Firefox BUG issue.

1. 1 - When I go to login at "office.com/setup" I try to set up a new account because I don't recall my login.
2. 2 - I type in my login name, example: "email@domain.com"
3. 3 - Surprisingly it says choose another email, that one is in use.
4. 4 - SO, I go back out and try again only THIS time I try logging in with my email because it is ME, not a new person
5. 5 - Then it sends me to a NEW window to change my pwd.

I enter NEW pwd twice. It sends me back to the login page, I enter my new info and it sends me back to enter my NEWER password twice again. I fall for it and enter ANOTHER NEW PWD.

1. 6 - It sends me back out to login AGAIN, then it asks me to enter my NEW password twice again.
2. 7 - repeat #6 indefinitely

This has happened to me at my bank and Microsoft office download. These two companies are NOT related. But I am using Firefox both times. SUGGESTIONS??? My bank locked me out for too many attempts to get in. On and ON and ON and ON.

What would cause websites not responding. I have no malware and the cache is clean. Could it be in the properties, or whatever.

I am trying to login in to my health insurance website but Firefox keeps giving me a message that it can not access the information at this time. This is not the first time or the first website that I have had issues with. Do i have to switch to Chrome or Edge?? Is there a setting that will allow me to access the insurance website?? I have used Firefox for years but the past few months it has caused me lots of problems trying to access my accounts on various websites.
