right and left clicking on the open app menu in the far right column didn't help me. I'm only a 17-year computer professional with a Ph.D. who publishes in peer-reviewed journals. How am I supposed to guess what to do?

Each time Firefox is refreshed, I must re-install extensions. How can I save the extensions so they do not need to be downloaded and re-installed ever time Firefox refreshes?

Tried to download firefox browser. It just says in downloads 'Couldn't download - Virus scan failed'. How do I fix this? I did check that my laptop is updated. Security is updated. Scanned laptop for viruses, got nothing. Restarted laptop. No change.

Please turn off the download drop down menu that appears every time I do a download...if you cant do that then give your users the option of turning it off or on...

I have an older Macbook Air that runs on OX Capitan which is not compatible with the latest version of Firefox. I have been a long time user of Firefox and have an account. Please send me a link and instructions on how to download a version that will work on my device. Thank you in advance for your help. Venetia

Please assist Nearly most sites I visit,a DOWNLOAD appears & if I open it,Firefox tells me that it is not associated with any of it files & it is isallmytube protocols If I search for isallmytube,it tells me it is associated with WONDERSHARE 7 I do not have that program on my computer It is very annoying Can you please advise me how I can get rid of it thanks Darryl

How do I download an excel spreadsheet without having to save it? Is this a "new feature" or a bug. I was able to do it previously but now it makes me save all excel spreadsheets before I can open them.

I have been downloading files from wetransfer.com for years without any problem. The download now fails, although, if I send it to another computer there is no problem. Is Firefox blocking the download, and if so how can I get it back?

I just installed the latest Version of Firefox 101.0 for Windows 10. Then when I tried to download a pdf file from my yahoo mail I received the following message: "Problem loading page" Firefox Can’t Open This Page To protect your security, dl-mail.ymail.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. So, in order to open the page I have to press "Open Site in New Window"

Please advice why happened this issue and how can be fixed.

I am disappointed with the background change with updates. The last time I updated Firefox, I had to do a system recovery to revert back. Then another person expressed concerns with a new version taking control over updating. Why don't you have updates that give you options to choose the background color and who decides if and when you update? I will not update Firefox under these conditions. And I don't want to spend half a day trying to change my background back to white, and especially if would have to do that with every update. Like I have to change my printing options when I do updates! I have been so happy with Firefox for the last 20 yrs. or so, until all of this. Please make this more user friendly and optional.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using Firefox for a while now, I'm very happy with thee browser and have recommended all my firends use it instead of Chrome.

However, this morning, after the recent update, I have found I am unable to upload or download anything on any website using Firefox.

I have tested it using Safari and I can download images perfectly fine there. Even using extensions on FF, nothing is happening.

Please get back to me as soon as you get this

Tried to dl for my iMac "El Capitan" version 10.11.6 a dozen times but no go. Any chance of me getting the old version for my antique? I sent a screen shot below. Thanking you in advance, Ed
