Hi! I am experiencing feedback when I am on a desktop browser version of Discord. This doesn't happen on Chrome and I'm not sure if there is some setting that I need to adjust on Firefox? I have the same settings in my Discord as I do on Chrome.

Google stopped DRM support for 32bit Linux. What is the alternative?

My computer Is still good for playing videos for lower resolutions and I am using it this way.. but some videos are not launched because of lack of DRM support. I dont want to throw it into the garbage yet. I hope there is some alternative to Google, for example from Adobe?

The screenshot is missing in settings: I typed about:certificate and it is showing the DigiNotar Root CA - Server. I clicked on it,and it say "Explicitly Distrust DigiNotar Root CA.

The color on top of the Desktop is a blue gray color not black like it shows on the instructions steps when there is a picture showing the menu with instructions. I am getting a message when I open Firefox saying that "Open or Refresh Firefox" It has caused me a problem when clicking on it

Also, I don/t know if this the community help which I am trying to get help because of the problems I am having.

Question: Does Firefox runs on Chromium or it it a Chromium?

Hello, my browser keeps coming up with my location as Boydton, VA 23917, My actual location is Collegeville, PA 19426. Other browsers get my location correct, only Firefox continues to come up with Boydton, VA 23917. Could there be someone accessing my account in Boydton, VA 23917?

I was looking for an item that would be a couple of years back in my history, only to discover that my history now only goes back a year and 3 months… Exactly, as of today, I don't know if that's meaningful. Does anyone have any idea what might've happened, and how I can restore the rest of my history? Thank you!

Recently became unable to update Spybot and Malwarebytes. Ran Windows Defender which didn't find anything but when I run ClamWinPortable, it produced and moved the file to quarantine. This makes Firefox unusable. Reinstalled Firefox via another browser and the same thing happens. Do you have any suggestions please?

This is not a bug or issue, rather a use case question. I have a webpage with information and I don't want to accidentally click or submit anything on the page.

This could also be considering having a form etc in draft form as view-only so you go into "View Only Mode" and work the webpage as a reference etc. without having to worry about any accidental submission or mistakes.

If someone knows of Add-ons or how we can achieve it with FF, it would be much appreciated. Posting, since I expect to have this case often.

Hi my old account email doesnt exist anymore, I cannot log into that account so i cant login to Firefox because its sending a confirmation code to my old email but i cannot login to this email account anymore so i cant get the code to login to firefox. Is there anyway I can still change the email adress from my account? Thank you!

When selecting a file to upload, firefox freezes, when windows file explore pops up to select a file. Looked through a the help articles, but many are older and do not relect on my perticular issue, or they are to technical for me. Need to register a product and must upload a photo and order cop...go figure???

Suddenly my Firefox cannot open saved .htm/.html files on my pc but Edge can. I don't know when this happened but probably during the last month or so. When I try to open a saved .htm or .html file Win10 gives me a "Windows cannot find (path and file name)" error. If I "OPEN WITH" Edge it works just fine. I've checked my default apps and file type associations and they are all properly set to Firefox. I did a RESTART in Firefox but that was no help. Is this actually a Windows problem, or do I need to do a complete uninstall and reinstall of Firefox? Currently running Win10 (64-bit) and Firefox 126.0.1 (64-bit).

Started a few days ago.

Facebook, from bookmarks or freshly typed, does not like my password. States "password entered is incorrect".

This appears to be the Windows version only (126.0.1(64-bit)), as I can login from other, android, devices. Have not tried from a Linux version as none are current.

I have checked and FF does have the same credentials on each device tried. Attempting to reset password from the Windows version will tell me "something has gone wrong".

Due to one of your recent upgrades I can no longer stay logged into regularly used penned sites that I do NOT log out of when I close the Firefox browser. For years I never had to do this. Now I am.

I was doing some research, and I came across for Firefox BYOB, which was a way to create your own skinned, branded version of firefox for company or personal use.

I went to the site, and it was inactive. I am interested in this because of the fact that adding reactive web apps to the home screen in browsers is not an option on iOS, and I think a solution for this would be to have a specific protocol that can be called in shortcuts to open a reactive web app in a specific mode so as to not break the immersion.

After 10:00 p.m. I cannot get into or use the inter net. I do have an account with you and I thought I could use it at any time to get in to the inter net with security.This started happening about two weeks. How can this problem by solved.

When I open Firefox (with administrative privileges) lt won't stay open, it just looks like it going to load my previous season (at least that's what should happen), but after a few seconds it just stops and closes, all at once? Also, I should mention; Firefox is updated, Using Windows 10. I've tried to trouble shoot a little . . .

— Reinstalled Firefox. — I manually delete the files in Startup Cache by navigating to the cache folder in your Firefox profile. — Reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 Redistributable x86 and x64.

Now, at one point it did open, and I decided to refresh Firefox (removing extensions and restoring to default settings) by going to 'More troubleshooting information' option, then clicking the Refresh Firefox button. Closed it, restarted my laptop, and Firefox, added my usual extension / add-on. (I was thankfully able to save my bookmarks or back them up).

When I was done, I closed it. But when I try to open Firefox, lt won't stay open, it just looks like it going to load my previous season, but after a few seconds it just stops and closes?

Should I just remove Firefox all together from my laptop, and reinstall it??

A little while ago I noticed that the site I used to test my gamepads (hardwaretester.com/gamepad, formerly known as gamepad-tester.com) stopped working properly. I just assumed this was either something outside of the browser or the website itself was broken. Today I just tested with several other websites and browsers and confirmed that Firefox seems to be the issue. Even in Troubleshooting Mode it was completely broken.

L1, R1, R2, Triangle, Share, Options and the Left Stick seem to be the only things that function properly currently, with the DPad not doing anything and the rest of the face buttons/triggers hitting the wrong buttons. In the case of the right stick, L2 for some reason controls the vertical movement while the physical right stick still works horizontally. This controller works perfectly on the rest of my system, windows sees the proper buttons being pressed and games that support Dualsense work fine without any interference.

Below I have attached two images which show how the website I mentioned used to look, and the second image is how it looks now. I have a feeling some kind of update to Firefox's Gamepad API has broken this, somehow.

Hello. I am not familiar with this end to end encryption that Facebook now does for Messenger but now when I try to use Video Calling/Chat it tells me it is not supported by my browser, Firefox. I have never had any problems with it before. Is there a fix? Thanks
