Hello. In the last few days when I visit my Shopify website, the pricing on my products is not visible. This is only for me, nobody else has this issue. I do not have this issue on Safari, or on Firefox when I open a private browsing window. It is something to do with Firefox, but I don't want to have to open a private window every time I go to my store. Is there a solution? This has only been happening for the last few days. Thanks

I had to reset my primary password. Now the new password is not being accepted. And I keep getting a pop-up asking for the password. What can I do to have my password accepted?

I already tried to un-check "use primary password" in settings but cannot accomplish that with a password that is rejected.

I would like to be able to make sure if a pop-up window is blocked, that I'm being notified about it, but there are no options in settings.

I read through the instructions listed on the help pages and found a message from support from 4 years ago about manually editing the settings, which wasn't helpful.

Are they just on by default now? Or did they get turned off and if so, how do I turn them back on?

(p.s. having something teach you how to do something, this case getting trouble shooting data manually, should open another window, not navigate me away from the page I'm sending this message from)

How to PROPERLY erase history? I mean, you erase HISTORY...click...there you go...?!?!?...but, what's happening? I erased HISTORY...ah, I erased it FROM the panel but, it WILL remained on the list that it shows on top of the icon (sic) ...someone suggested to go on the panel, select privacy, scroll to history, pass over "Never remember history...." (?) AND then you "click"... Clear...what is the point? clear means clear means clear from EVERYWHERE...sorry about the mess I wrote but I was frustrated

I like using Firefox browser every day. After installing and running Avast antivirus protection (program version : 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.832)), Avast notification always show this message every time I start up Firefox : please check the uploaded images : FPA Scam.jpg.

I already checked the extenstion, the Settings, and the Advance Settings of Firefox browser. I'd like to know if there is any parameter related to engine.forexpeacearmy.com and it is enabled. Unfortunately, I can't found any related parameters.

So, I decide to contact Firefox support to find out what happen to my Firefox browser, why it always call the forexpeacearmy site at the start up, and finally I want to remove it. Because I'm affraid it could be some kind of trojans / malwares and put my laptop into risks.

Kindly need your advise. Thank you.

Hi, i locked my pc few days ago due to smart windows not recognizing my ( correct password ) repeatedly. anyway, im still trying to find a way to solve this issue.

now, i created an admin windows account get access to my old user files, found the bookmarks file. the only thing left for me now is the passwords file.i did not a Firefox online account before today

the only way currently if i did not solve the wind10 login issue is the find the passwords file physically just like i did with the bookmarks file.

can anyone help with this ??

I want to delete firefox logins info and to make sure passwords and logins are never stored. I go to passwords, open up menu, and the "remove all passwords" choice is greyed out. How can I get that choice it be valid and to impliment that operation?? And to never have these stored??

Dzień dobry, W mojej przeglądarce chciałabym skorzystać z czatu GPT, ale pojawia się komunikat, że żeby skorzystać muszę wyłączyć blokadę reklam. Szukałam takiego czegoś w ustawieniach i firefox support, ale nie znalazłam nic co by pomogło w wyłączeniu blokady reklam. Czy mógłby mi ktoś pomóc i pokierować jak mogłabym wyłączyć blokadę reklam?  One of my email accounts Yahoo or Gmail appears to have been hacked. I received two phishing emails this week --3 if you count the last one who said she was calling on behalf of Medicare/Social Security and All members could get a preloaded card for several hundred dollars. I knew there was a plan to help certain folks, but it was not available to everybody. I asked her for the name of the plan and she hung up. the webpage she sent me to first or told me to go there where I could talk to a licensed agent. Do people who answer the phone have a license like insurance salespeople? Anyway, they had copied the govt. the site is right up the US sea.

Okay, just an example so I decided to try that KeeopassXC program you were offering but I could never get it to complete.

but it did something as I can't use my password They cancel your account if you tell them the truth --better just to say I need help resetting my password. They then ask you to send them a picture ID as in Driver's License. Noway I am going to do this --so I have at least some pretty valuable info if I can't get in.

Ny first time writing here - if any response please direct suggestions to pke225x2gmail or I guess I will check here. Don't know how you put people with possible solutions to seeker of HELP.

When logging into an account there are multiple usernames (incorrect or older.) I would like to remove or delete them, but keep the current passwords.

Is that possible without deleting the account?

Hi Every single one of my passwords is compromised according to you. Therefore I think the data breach is with Firefox . I have set up several unique passwords recently - how are they breached so soon? And why every single one. It is very suspicious. Regards Caroline

We have an electronic document management system in our company. The system is an internal system without access to the LAN. Firefox detects files downloaded from it as potentially dangerous after the last update. Is there a way to prevent files from this website from being detected as potentially dangerous?

I tried to delete my primary password online, but system would not allow me to do so. I have exhausted all avenues to seek help, but to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Tmg3842@yahoo.com
