Any attempt to tweet, retweet, or favorite one now shows a message telling me that my account might not be permitted to do said actions and suggests a refresh. Upon refreshing Twitter, I try to do one of those actions again with the same message. Assuming it could be one of my add-ons or the fact that I have Tracking Protection switched on.

Issue developed on October 12th, 2015.

I have been trying to get firefox to play 60fps videos on youtube (either flash or HTML5, preferably the latter) but to do this, I need to enable hardware acceleration on firefox (it's the only solution I've found so far) and doing so causes random Blue Screens. I might mention that this only happens in firefox and without hardware acceleration, my youtube videos don't even play at above 20fps. I've been looking for a solution to this issue for days now and haven't found anything, don't understand what's happening.

Today, Firefox says I need to update Microsoft Silverlight to version 5.1.40905.0. When I head over to the Silverlight site, it says version 5.1.40728.0 is the correct version of Microsoft Windows versions. After doing a little more digging, I found there IS a higher version number, but it's only available for Mac OS X (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3099529). Can we get this fixed, please?

Firefox: 41.0.1 OS: Windows 7 Pro SP1 SL: 5.1.40728.0

If I have an local XML file with a local XSLT file the XML file displays as expected. If both files are on my server again the XML file displays correctly. However if the XML file is local and the XSLT file is on the server (and the XML file points to to the file on the server) I get the following error:

Error loading stylesheet: An unknown error has occurred (805303f4)

Using Firefox 41.0.1 on a Mac.

This problem does not occur on Safari

Any idea of where I'm going wrong? Searching on the web there are suggestions about changing the mime, but am not 100% sure what to do about that. In

Thanks,

Brian

Since the update to Firefox 41.0.2 I have been unable to use Twitter.com. When I try to tweet, favorite or retweet the following error occurs. Your account may not be allowed to perform this action. Please refresh the page and try again. There are a couple of other users that have the same issue, however one had tinkered with the Mozilla and the other unresolved.

It started with the updated to 41.0.2 and twitter works in all other browsers, just not mozilla.

Since I upgraded my Mac OS X to El Capitan, Firefox crashes every time I try to print from it. This happens in both safe mode and normal mode. I can print with no problem, however, from Safari. I have already tried refreshing Firefox, but this does not help. I also read in a forum that I should open my preference file and delete any lines beginning with "print_", but there are no such lines in my file.

Here are the last few crash IDs: 8DDA62A6-188D-4B38-94D6-2E6D7F8B21DD 10/29/15 10:44 AM bp-b4052594-ef92-4ef7-8afb-166142151029 10/29/15 10:42 AM bp-be4561ad-a5e1-47b6-9213-e29ef2151028 10/28/15 11:02 AM bp-b86d621d-7ce8-4d34-89ed-354252151028 10/28/15 7:48 AM

About a month and a half ago MP4 videos in Twitter 29 played fine. Then I updated to the latest version of Adobe Flash player on both my Win 8.1 and old XP computers. That is when I started getting "This browser does not support video playback" error when trying to play a mp4 video in Twitter. I ran Firefox in Safemode ... no change. I removed all addons ... no change. All Plugins are Ask to Activate or Always Activated. I uninstalled Firefox and Flash player and reinstalled .. no change. The videos work fine in MS IE II and Chrome 53.0.2785.116 m. H264 Codec is installed. YouTube videos play fine.

The grayish brown (I think) background color isn't working for me. I'm slightly colorblind and the highlighted cursor of the selected tab doesn't contrast enough for me to see it easily. I found how to change all kinds of colors in FF but not the background color of the bookmarks sidebar. I'd like to change the background maybe to plain white.
