Several years I logged into an extended family member's computer, accidentally sync from another browser and now this folder has been following me around. The thing is it's full of some really gross things. Mostly extreme right opinion pieces and just so much porn. I really want this folder to go away, but when I right click it the delete option is grayed out. I've tried deleting them one by one, but everything I close the window and reopen it again, all of the links are back. How do I purge this from my mozilla account?

I have recently moved to firefox and wanted to set up an address autofill so I didn't have to type something in everytime but I could only find an autofill for credit cards instead. After some digging I believe the issue is that I am using the en-GB version of firefox as I live in the UK while address autofill is only available on the en-US build. If this is the case is there a workaround so that I can have address autofill and if there is not a workaround does anyone have any idea when this feature is likely to be rolled out to the rest of us. How do I stop Firefox showing a periodic ADVERTISEMENT INSTEAD OF MY HOME PAGE? This has happened several times now, I open my browser, expecting to be at my home page with all my links etc, but no, it's a F&%&*$G ADVERTISEMENT! Uhm, so guess what, not interested, don't ever advertise to me. I will NEVER use your VPN, Simply because you hijacked my browser and advertised directly to my PC. Disgusting Practice and if it happens again or there is no way to turn it off then Mozilla will join the List of Companies that myself and my thousands of followers already Boycott widely on Social Media. This could hurt your reputation on an extreme level (ie. imagine every kid that loves a certain sports drink right now suddenly calling for the demise of Mozilla, ouch)...... I suggest you proceed VERY VERY carefully before providing me a response.

I have to continually click pictures of buses, motorcycles, bicycles, then to back to I am not a robot. This just started 5 days ago. It sometimes takes 5 minutes of clicking pictures, to get to google. Tonight, 15 minutes, so I went to Chrome... I will have to quit Mozilla as my browser, which I don't want to do, but if I cannot access google.. I will have to. HELP!

Over a year ago, I was trying to create a keyboard shortcut when searching in the Firefox address bar. I don't remember exactly what I did, but now when I type in "LNP" to begin the search, it was supposed to route me to a google search of a particular website. It doesn't work and I get this:

If I go to the new Google CSE user site, there's nothing in the account. I deleted some of my Firefox extensions, nothing. Can anyone figure out what I did and how I can get rid of it?

I am finding more than ever that Firefox is no longer working on several apps. When I log into my banking app it logs in but then locks up and will not allow me to maneuver on the site. On Microsoft teams audio does not work even though it is not muted and I cannot see other participants even though video is on. If I switch to Microsoft Edge both my banking and Teams programs work without problems. I have used Firefox for years but I am ready to go to another web browser since I have to switch to another browser many times anyway. Is there a solution? If not I will be moving to Edge as much as I hate to.

I have no access to all my bookmarks and the damn backup folder is empty, what kind of trash is this, I need this for my work and not even the search history is avalable, no more damn firefox, let me know if there is any way to get back that bookmarks and browser data since I have no way of retrieving any of the cinfidental accesses I need to perform my job

My browser this afternoon updated to 112.0.1. Prior to the upgrade I was watching 9now.com.au. Post the upgrade the 9now pages will no longer show the controls or login boxes.

login.nine.com.au now shows a complete white page.

Devtools indicates there are almost no network queries being issued in comparison to edge.

To test I spun up a VM that had firefox 111.0 installed with the above web site working. I let firefox upgrade to 112.0.1 and it stopped functioning again. I downgraded to 111.0 again and everything works again. Seems 112.0.1 is breaking it.

Hi. It's hard to see where to enter text on some sites. How do I make text entry boxes easier to identify please?

For example, I had to look hard to figure out that there's a text entry box on the following page around the words Share an Update...

On https://www.trivago.de I cannot open the date section with teh calendar. When I click, nothing happens. Works well on Microsoft Edge

On https://www.ki-warstein.de not everything is shown. Works well on Microsoft Edge.

This just started happening today, but some pages just won't load at all. It will show that it is loaded in the tab, but the page is just blank. Or, the page will load but it won't load images or fonts and is fairly basic. This hasn't happened on every webpage, but most of them. I tried clearing my cache, which didn't help (it actually seemed to make it worse), and I'm not really sure what else to do. I've attached a picture of what "scotusblog.com" is giving me.

I have been using Chrome browser long time. Chrome can do just 1 click a button for changing between profiles.

I am a beginner of using Fire Fox browser. I made 3 different profiles. but I don't know how to open profile 2 after seen profile 1. I know how to check these profile in one place (About Profiles).

There is no button to select the other profiles. Is there any other simple button like Chrome?

I'm using a Windows 7 machine. And yes I know, I should upgrade to Windows 10 or 11. :-) Hopefully you all can still help. With the latest Firefox update 112.0.1, Firefox will no longer open. I can click the icon again and again and nothing. It doesn't even try or give an error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but nothing. I did find on another test machine I had if I installed an older version, it will open but wants to create a new profile causing me to lose all my bookmarks. I don't want that on my actual machine. Can anyone help? Keep in mind that it will not open at all. So I can't clear cache or change settings or even backup my bookmarks.

when I try to compose mail in yahoo accessed through my Firefox Mozilla browser , email addresses do not autopopulate like they used to. Also, I am having an issue writing emails. When I hit the return button within the body of emails, the lines do not drop down. Does anyone know how to fix these issues?

Recently I rebuilt my Widows 11 laptop, which meant that I needed to install Firefox again. I did this and signed into to sync all my add-ons again. The add-ons installed without issue, however the icons for them are not displayed on the tool bar. I can access them using the jigsaw icon, but this is is less inconvenient that accessing the add-on directly.

I then reset Firefox in case it was a glitch and signed in again to allow the sync to reinstall the add-ons. This time only the Privacy Badger icon made it onto the toolbar. Again I can access the add-ons using the jigsaw icon.

I have tried to add the add-ons to the Customise Toolbar setting, but they do not show up in the list of things that can be added.

Firefox version: 112.0.1 (64 bit)

I have attached images to show what is happening. Is there anyway I can force the add-on icons onto the toolbar to make them more accessible?

Hello, I have an issue with audio in Firefox As an example this website: https://www.radiofrance.fr/fip/radio-nouveautes It's a radio, when I hit play nothing sounds, but after reloading the page it works and play sound. Do you know how to fix that? Best regards,
