i hate the fact that my camera does not working chat group or otherwise ion Firefox and facebook. can not connect to family why does firefox not try to do something to fix it it used to work with facebook but now no ' even when i stop all extensions the camera does not work i have reinstalled the camera and it does work so why does my camera not work in firefox and facebook

please refer to below attached images If i cntrl+f and try to find a string on the window, firefox highlights all the hits in a dark pink color and the scroll bar is not visible!! that is a issue isint it as a cannot find the scroller and hold it and scroll it up or down!

let me know please if there are any gaps in my explanation of the issue if there isint , please suggest/provide a fix

I used to go to bookmarks right click hit open in new tab and the bookmarks tab would stay so I could open more sites in separate tabs. Now when I hit open in new tab on a bookmark the bookmark tab closes so I have to keep opening it to open additional site?

I am looking to transfer apps and programs from an older desktop(running windows 10) to a new desktop(running windows 11)

i missed the deadline to change my primary email on firefox from cox.net when i try to add a secondary email, the verification code is being sent to the cox.net email account which is no longer active or accessible. The yahoo.com email which inherited the cox.net email accounts had a deadline which i missed as well The best solution would be a manual override to add another email as my primary email for my firefox account. this would be on the browser currently residing on the older(windows 10) computer...Please advise if this is possible alternatively, is there a way to open a new firefox account ? if so, would the cleaner install be a new firefox browser on the newer(windows 11) computer ?

The goal is to migrate bookmarks, set up a live primary email account and transfer saved passwords. manual entry can happen if needed but a file trasnfer of the firefox program in its entirety would be easier

I used to have about 40 quick links, or bookmarks on my home page. I had pinned several. Others appeared according to how often I used them. The latest update deleted all but 3. I am very unhappy. How can I get rid of this update and bring back my quick links? I guess I will have to go back to Brave.

J'ai du désinstaller l'ancienne application et installer la nouvelle. Mais j'ai tout perdu, y compris mes mots de passes, mes marques-pages, etc... Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait, c'est urgent ? Hello, I just completed a wipe of my whole device, beforehand I obviously signed up and synced up my Firefox account to keep my boomarks and data. After reinstalling Firefox I managed to sign in, sync up and get my bookmarks back - great. However after reopening of the app they were gone again and when checking back-ups the only available one was from after the "automatic wipe". I quickly checked my mobile Firefox app as well - it still showed a bigger of number of bookmarks so I had hoped they stayed at least there but after entering the folder they appeared empty and then gone completely after re-entering. Please if possible assist, it seems like Firefox decided to overwrite this data so maybe it's still somehow recoverable as these bookmarks have been collected over the years. Thank you in advance.

After installing update 147.0, when watching videos on YouTube or twitch, artifacts appear on the monitor and an error message appears stating that your driver has been restored to its default value. In version Firefox 146.0. There were no such problems, and in general there were no such problems. But my graphics card is not a new AMD Radeon R7 250X 1gb. Version 147.0 states that "Improved video playback performance on systems with AMD GPUs by enabling zero-copy playback for hardware-decoded video where supported, bringing them to parity with Intel and NVIDIA GPUs." I think the reason here is the incompatibility of either drivers or with encoding support on old video cards, I hope that the developers will fix this problem for me.

Hello, I have installed the latest Firefox on my Windows 11 desktop PC. I have created a shortcut to Firefox in the start menue Since a few week, I observed that I had to invoce Firefox twice in order to get is running once. The same happens if I double-click on firefox.exe in the intallation folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox): After the first double-click, the windows activity circle appears for a few seconds and then dissapears again (without staring Firefox). After the second double-click, Firefox starts immediately.

I can repeat this several times.

• first double click > nothing happens
• second double click > Firefox starts
• closing Firefox
• third double click > nothing happens
• fourth double click > Firefox starts
• closing Firefox
• fifth/seventh/... double click > nothing happens
• sixth/eigth/.. double click > Firefox starts

I have no idea what might have gone wrong. Any suggestion from the community is appreciated. Best,

Please view screen captures that best show the random issues I have with Firefox browser. This started a few months ago on my desk top PC. I have kept my Firefox up to date using 147.0.1. and still run WIN 10 Home. Although I am sure Linux is in my future!

The issue happens randomly where the top row of my browser disappears off my screen. I can work around the issue no problem but would like to know and understand the issue and if I can resolve it from happening. Firefox is the only app I have this issue with. And it is random and cannot be forced, I have tried....

I rebooted Windows. Firefox seems to have been updated. But a firefox installer was downoaded. This behaviour is stange an suspect. Do I have to re-installa firefox? Why?

Why are the minimize, maximize and restore buttons not visible?

Sometimes these buttons on the browser window appear, and sometimes all three buttons are not visible. Never had this problem until recent Firefox updates somehow affected this. I cannot tell which update was unaffected since, but this is an ongoing problem and the browser window is blank with no buttons on the top right hand corner. The only solution is to use the file menu and select exit from the list. I may have to open and close Firefox several times until the button icons are visible again. See example screenshots.

P.S. I'm using a 32" monitor if this helps.
