The master password really needs a timeout setting unknown to me my computer was hacked I fell asleep with my Firefox browser open and they logged into my bank account the only reason I caught it was because I got a email stating I had logged in my bank account I was lucky I caught it fast and changed my bank password and removed the virus. Yes I know I should of logged off but I got side tracked and fell asleep. The timeout option on password managers are universal except for the Firefox password manager.

Greetings, On cargurus website for example there are many filters which contain multiple checkboxes each. If I scroll down to a section and select a checkbox, the results refresh and takes me back to the top of the page. The problem is that sometimes I want to select more than one checkbox in a filter or choose checkboxes in the next filter to select a checkbox. When I search for cars I may end up selecting more than 10 filter checkboxes to get the results I want. If I have to scroll back down to where I left off each time, it takes a lot of time to run a query. This jumping to the top does not happen using Chrome, so there must be something in firefox that can be adjusted but I cannot find it. I only used Cargurus as an example, but it happens on all sites with checkboxes. Keep in mind I am not a programmer so I don't know how to add code to websites or firefox settings. I just replaced my Win 10 desktop with a new Win 11 desktop. I downloaded Firefox OK, but my bookmarks are no longer there, of course. I was told that there was some way to recover them to this machine, but I didn't get any details how. In fact, the person implied they would just appear when I downloaded Firefox to the new machine. Of course, this didn't happen. Firefox did appear to recognize me (got a "welcome back, by the way" message near the top of the page). Can I somehow recover my old bookmarks to this machine?
