I have no audio in youtube when using Firefox only. Audio works fine in other browsers.

I am tech-challenged and this has been going on for a while, but I now really need to use youtube, but do not want to use a browser other than Firefox.

WHEN I try to go to youtube it says Secure Connection Failed and under that it says An error occurred during a connection to www.youtube.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Hi, I did one of those updates you have and it really messed up my computer where it just won't allow me to open many of the website that I regularly use, such as my gmail or even the SSA.gov. Whenever an update is done, some issues come to mess up my computer. So, is it possible that someone can help me solve this issue?

I need to access Canvas as part of my school coursework. As of yesterday, Canvas refuses to load in Firefox. I've restarted my Mac, made sure Firefox is up to date, and tried running Canvas in Chrome, where it worked just fine. My internet connection is also stable. All other websites seem to be working in Firefox, but for some reason Canvas doesn't load after any amount of time and the interface appears as the attached image. Any help? Firefox is my preferred browser and I actually cannot do any online coursework without Canvas, so any suggestions or advice are very welcome.

Hi - I have an affiliate marketing business which uses deeplinks to take my visitors to specific product pages on third party websites. These work fine in Google Chrome but on Firefox the deeplink goes to the website homepage only. Does anyone know what I can do about this? thanks Gina

On the just-eat website after I sign in, I select the provider bur cannot select an item or pay for iit. I have to use a different browser to select items then pay for them.Done that for a while now . Just a build bug until next but carried over.

I can access all the usual websites I visit, but not my own website: "zoomselling.com." However, I can access it on my cell phone and the website folks checked and tell me my website is working fine. I was able to access the website using 'duckduckgo' but only after I verified I wasn't a bot. I think there's some security issue that is causing the firefox browser problems with the website.

I was on a website last night to pay property taxes and the check box won't click. had to switch to safari. Had issues with tax act with the same similar problems. firefox 99.0.1 OS 10.13.6

This extension, even if it is Firefox's extension, I do not want. It is hindering my ability to get my schoolwork done your browser that I like to use. I really do not want to have to make the complete switch to Edge. I should not have to add this extension that I do not want.

Please tell me how to fix this problem: ever since I allowed Firefox to upgrade, I cannot load pages for banks/credit card accounts. I can do it on my Apple phone and IPad. So I believe it is a Firefox problem. I prefer using my desk top computer to pay bills. Please help me sort this out. I will change browsers if you can't help me. I'm not being snarky, just very upset that your upgrade did this to me. I am a 81 years young senior female, so please don't get to techy with the answer, keep it simple for this old brain. If I view sites in any other browser I can view signup forms, Facebook/social media widgets on sites, etc. But they are not there when using Firefox. I do clear cache at all levels.

So, I was an bought an Jabra Elite 85h headphones few weeks ago for gaming and watching YouTube videos. They were working fine until today when I was watching PUBG gameplay videos on YouTube (on Firefox). They operate perfectly great in Chrome, however when I use Firefox, It produces very low sound and It's really bothering me. I was also tried to increase the headphones volume by following the steps mentioned here.

But It's not working. I don't what to do. This is not an headphones issue but I think It might be a compatibility issue with Firefox? I can't afford the new headphones. :(
