in the firefox browser is there any way to see the casting the browser screen to chromecast on tv. similar to 'cast to media device' in edge browser or chrome browser.

My computer updated with no warning one night, and i lost all personalization and even everything stored in my firefox, the sign ins, passwords, bookmarks, all. is there a way for me to find all that was erased?

after updating newest the version of Firefox the option to" restore previous windows opened " does not work. Is there a work around when I close my browser and then reopen the browser so that all the tabs that I had opened before closing my browser return as if I never left?I went into my setting and have the "open previous tabs" is checked. I even restarted my browser but nothing simple seems to work. Thanks in advance

Firefox decided to remove the total amount of homepage shortcuts. For months, it allowed for 4 rows and 8 columns, with blank "Add Shortcut" shortcuts. This allowed me to organize or split my shortcuts better. This morning, it decided to move all shortcuts together. As per the "Before" and "After" screenshots attached.

Usual disclaimers: Firefox 125.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10 No Config edits No extensions currently installed manipulate, affect or otherwise influence shortcuts

Please advise.

This started a few weeks ago. I thought it might have been because I synced the passwords with other devices. I reverted it back.

When in about:logins, I click on the log in button but nothing happens.

Hello guys, so in the past 2-3 days i started facing Cross-Origin Request Blocked for a lot of websites lets take chatgpt for example, if i visit it i get:

Content-Security-Policy warnings 2 Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://cdn.oaistatic.com/_next/static/chunks/sso.74deac81d652476b.js?dpl=f90a861ef09abad575887be5d613ce15a4fdb6d9. The resource from “https://cdn.oaistatic.com/_next/static/chunks/sso.74deac81d652476b.js?dpl=f90a861ef09abad575887be5d613ce15a4fdb6d9” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/plain”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

and its getting so annoying that its blocking a lot of websites, i tried chromium it works fine and works awesomely no cors no problems. I even tried to disable the firefox protection, dns over https on/off, change my main dns upstream, installed firefox developer, compete uninstall/reinstall, cache clear from installers and from firefox it self nothing is working. I will provide firefox developer edition troubleshooting information but keep in mind it doesnt work on both firefox normal and developer

Please any help would be appreciate it.

it was oki going live on tango from my pc on windows on firefox browser and 2 or 3 dayes ago it only crash message .. oopss ,,, Something went wrong. We will be back shortly ... reload

i am setting up a new laptop and trying to import all my current data from my old pc. Nothing is right. It imported alll the shortcuts on my toolbar from years ago. None of these are the current bookmarks from my old pc. ive tried syncing, importing again, nothing works. my bookmarks on my side bar are years old. I dont have ANY of these on my old pc as i deleted them years ago. what the heck is happening and how do i get my new pc browser to look exactly as my old pc looks. This is very frustrating. I have over 500 bookmarks on my sidebar. it looks like every bookmark i have EVER used. This is ridiculous.

when I search for a page after opening a tab. The page will load slowly then stop. I'll then have to hit enter again for the page the load. This does not happen with Chrome or Edge. Any ideas how to fix this frustrating issue. Thanks.

The latest version of firefox for MacOS 14.4.1 has broken the picture in picture function. When enabling PiP, the video window takes up almost the entire screen and doesn't remember the size i set it to, like it did in older versions of Firefox. Another issue is when im in fullscreen mode and enable PiP, the PiP window takes me to another 'desktop', whereas before it would simply overlay on top of my screen.

when I click on the firefox icon to load it takes me to my home page, but within 20-30 seconds it loads firefox again. it is very frustrating when I.m starting something and firefox loads again taking me back to home page. I have to go down to the bottom and click off the second firefox. I don't know how or why this started. Thanks for any help.

My laptop windows was creached, after that i logged in on other laoptop but, unfortunatly the bookmark is not sync and showing/downloading after logged in. please look into this.

My book mark it was very old and using since 8 years almost as i remember.

Hello, as of recently Firefox got the new tool to highlight text in the native PDF viewer, and I really enjoyed using it. As of today, I had not updated or changed versions, but I suddenly lost access to the highlight tool option. Refreshing the page didn't work, downloading a new PDF and opening it didn't work, restarting Firefox didn't work, and I haven't seen anybody else have this issue.

I don't know if this is just an issue due to it being in beta, or it being on beta 7 but not 8, but either way any solution is appreciated!

I am trying to access Oracle eBS instance but when I login to the page, I get a notification as shown in the image.

After installing the plug-in and restarting the browser, when I try to run the application, I get the same notification.
