I have always used facebook messenger to video chat with friends, however suddenly it says tis facility is not supported by this browser. Do I have to leave firefox to find a browser that works?

I see that other people have raised this point,but there does not seem to be a response from firefox.

I started having new tab crashes a couple of weeks ago on Firefox and Brave browsers. I have looked in the extensions settings and do not have any added extensions so that did not cause the problem. I also run Norton antivirus and Norton Ultimate utilities software and regularly clean out files and scan my computer for malware. Not sure if Ultimate Utilities is the problem since I have had other problems in the past with that program. Also, I wonder if Windows updates caused this problem? This has also caused problems in the past. To get around this problem I have to copy the link then right click on my mouse and open a new window the paste the link. Very annoying and time consuming. How do I fix the continual tabs crashing problem?

I want to enable cookies for outlook only,the rest I don't want.

I have attempted to look at the cookie's url for outlook and add that to the exception list, but outlook still harasses me with its annoying 2fa

How do I find the actual address to put in the exceptions list to stop this issue?

I have just started to encounter Tab Crash errors in FireFox. FireFox usually loads with no problems and runs OK for several minutes, with several Tabs open; but then will start to reprot Tab Crash errors when trying to open new or already open pages. I have tried following the steps on the online support: using latest versions of Firefox and Windows drivers; checked for spyware and malware; opened Firefox in Troubleshooting mode - the errors still occur, even in Troubleshooting mode.

For about 24hr now, every time I clear cookies and cache data, 20kB remain. I clear this data often, and the cookie and cache data always registers "0kB" after I click on "Clear Data", until yesterday. My OS is Ubuntu 22.04. Where can I find that file so I can delete it?

On the iPhone and iPad it is possible to automatically open a desired URL when opening a new tab. But is it seriously not possible to do this on a Windows PC? It doesn't make sense to me, as browsers on PCs usually have more functions and mobile browsers have fewer functions.

Hi, having an issue where new tabs crash while browsing.

Will be fine for 30 minutes or so but opening a new tab/clicking on a bookmark leads to Gah. Your tab just crashed.

Using a working tab is OK as long as I stay on the same site.

All drivers are updated.

Once it happens, I close my browser and I am then fine for a while.

Removed all themes/add-ons in case of conflict but still same issue so re-added.

Any advice appreciated.

When I click on a dropdown the settings automatically open in a new tab. For instance when logging into something and choosing my password and/or username from a dropdown, when I click on my choice a new tab suddenly opens with the settings menu - specifically the autofill thru permissions area in the "privacy and security" submenu. Just started doing this randomly the other day so I rebooted the computer and that fixed the problem, but its now started doing it again. Please help?

When I open Firefox browser the browser restsets and changes color to pink in the web address line. I have asked this question before. Is there someone technically familar with Firefox that can resolve this issue?

ok what im having issues with is is kixeye.com.... instead of this site it keeps going to https://m.kixeye.com/. instead of www.kixeye.com. there is no option to change it to the desktop site like when im on my phone

any help rectifying this would be a great help

When I try to access Developer Community from Visual Studio 2022 ('Send feedback' 'report a problem') the banner displays with selection items but no content is displayed. This has been a problem for several months (years maybe). I now have a problem that I cannot solve and I need to report it and I cannot if content is not displayed.

In my settings under Connected Services there is a list of devices that have signed into my firefox account. I do not recognize one of them. The Connected Service listed name is Firefox Mobile 126, Android 14. How can I find out where this is coming from?

The website mylotto.co.nz has been blocking Firefox for many months now and when I rang them to find out what the problem is they just say they are having problems but it was obvious that the person there was reading a script and fobbing me off. This has been going for many months now a problem would have been fixed by now. I would like to know if you can bring pressure to bear on them to get reinstated again. Video in Firefox does not run .. no error messages .. nothing. It works fine in other browsers. When I click on the video .. nothing happens. It used to work but not now and I don't think I've changed anything.
