How do I stop Nightly from popping up with Firefox?

When I click on a link in an e-mail Nightly is the browser that is activated. I did not install Nightly and it won't uninstall. How do I get rid of this unwanted item.

Nightly is a test version of Firefox. It's uninstalled the same way as any other program: from the Windows Control Panel, "Uninstall a program" link. DO NOT check the option about removing your personal data and customizations, or you will lose all your bookmarks, passwords, cookies, and other files.
See the below article for details (substitute "Mozilla Firefox" for "Nightly"; apart from that the directions are the same).
