f9 update cannot be installed,make sure no other copy of ff running

i have tried 4 times to complete the upload & keep getting the same answer. i also tried to update to ff10.but was told file could not be located. 

i also find that ff9 is quite slow to load,sometimes taking 30/40 seconds to load

Solution choisie

You may have to disable ZoneAlarm ForceField to be able to install Firefox.

If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then disable Virtualization and reinstall Firefox. Other security software may have similar features to prevent Firefox from updating files properly.

Kill any running process firefox.exe or containerplugin.exe The easiest way to do that is to use Task Manager, if you then have problems please post back again.
