Hello I am concerned about the situation with the Belarusian segment of the Internet, in terms of updating firefox. When you upgrade to a newer version browser such as 7.0.1, is automatically redirected to the website of the Belarusian segment datacenter.by. 

But the version of firefox 7.0.1, which lies on the server, has a different MD5 checksum from the one that lies at the other sites not owned by the Belarusian segment of the Internet. I have a suspicion that it modified the installer, which probably came from intelligence tabs Belarus to monitor the people using the browser.
The same situation with updates and upgrades browser opera adobe.
