why do i have to download a fresh page everytime i check online banking?

Everytime I go to my online banking site IQCU, i get a window that says this site is not supported and i will have to download a fresh page of Firefox. I have to save it it to run it and when I try to run the saved copy it won't work. So I have to go in and delete all the saved downloads so my computer doesn't get overloaded. Why do I have to download a fresh page everytime I got my online banking site????
