I've installed Sync, but it won't open my firefox Sync account even in firefox safe mode.

I've got some older XP machines that are being supplemented with some newer XP computers.

After opening a Sync account on one of the original computers, I attempted to add a device.

I pulled up Sync on the new computer and found the "add a device" code. I then returned to the computer that I used to open the sync account. When I click on the "Sync now" option under Tools, nothing happens. I can't access my Sync account from the original computer in order to add another device.

This has happened twice on two of the original machines (I set up one account for each of the two users).

I was unable to open sync even in firefox safe mode when I tried to use it on the second machine.
