I set my provacy option to rememer account numbers, but why does Firefix always reverts to never remember history?

i change to remember history or use custom settings, but reverts to never remember after restarting. My PC was recently rebuilt, and now this problem occurs.

If that is happening when you start or restart Firefox, take a look at your security programs, one of them may be "messing with" Firefox history settings.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
