Firefox 3.6.18 doesn't automatically open to my Yahoo page

I've always been able to open Firefox with my personal Yahoo page on screen. Then just last week, I've have to sign in with my username and password. Even though I've click the box to automatically remember me for 2 weeks, I've still had to sign in. Did Firefox do something different? I've changed to Internet Explorer so I don't have to go through the hassle of signing in but I do like the features of Firefox. (I haven't upgraded Firefox because the later versions messes up my auto logins with Norton Internet Security).
