1. Help response to "How do I customize the toolbars?". What are all of the screens shown? Are they all available in Firefox 5? If so, can can they be accessed? Many of the screens shown are not available (seemingly) on my machine, so I don't know what ones to use as examples and which ones should be ignored. Please clarify!!!

2. I desire the addition of a Print Preview button on the Navigation Toolbar next to the Print button. The reason - Some (read a lot) of web sites are rigid about the how the web pages are printed! For instance, many sites do not understand that laser printers have a forbidden margin on all sides that cannot be printed in - as a result the print output of a web page can be truncated on the top, bottom, and sides of the printed page. With the Print Preview icon, I could see what the resultant printed output would look like and adjust my page setup appropriately for that site!!!!!
