4.1 is worse! It added betterlinks a free advertising on keywords to take people AWAY from the website they're browsing. Not something ANYONE with their own website wants to see users with. Even if it opened a link in a new browser but taking visitors away???? One might as well use google ads for that crap! Seems like a good money maker for Mozilla but not very good for others. I need to get RID of better links. If anyone has a clue how to please advise. I will try the older version process as provided in discussion here.

Do the "powers that be" at Mozilla even listen to us, the users (or soon-to-be ex-users)? Is this forum supposed to mollify us by allowing us to vent, letting us believe we are being heard and that they are working to find a solution? Or, better yet, maybe, we'll forget we ever had a problem with FF.

I am tired of being ignored and having my choices taken away. And, it is not because I do not like change -- I have upgraded my FF every time they offered a new version, including this latest one. I have always loved FF, but this just may well be the straw that broke the camel’s back. I DO NOT like ver. 4.0 or 4.1 and now, I am even afraid to try new versions, since it is a huge hassle getting back to ver. 3.6.18.

Perhaps a boycott will help them hear us?
