How do I selectivly allow site page redirection? If not available Can it be added? Thank you Bill

I would like to allow selected web sites to redirect me but block all others. Is this function available? If not can it be added to the next update or some time soon?

I presently use a site that refreshes automatically and I can also manually refresh. FF seems to block each refresh/redirect and the update does not show.

The setting in "Tools > Options > Advanced > General" is meant as an accessibility feature, as you can see by the label of that section, so that people with disabilities do not get confused and is not meant as a safety protection to stop redirecting.

Hi,

I need to keep Firefox automatic redirection disabled but I would like to find an addon or button to temporally allow redirection without having to click ALLOW 20 times for some websites...

Any idea ?

Why do you need to keep that warning enabled?

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > General : Accessibility : [ ] "Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page"
