I can't see a youtube video after downloading

I visit a forum where members ofter post Youtube videos. I cannot see these videos on my PC. I can play a Youtube video with no problem.

When I downloaded a video others could see it but I could not.

I can see the videos on Internet Explorer but not Firefox

Just downloaded ATI new Catalyst Control Centre (2010, Sep 30). Ver. 10.10. Using FF 3.6.11 and no youtube videos plays. (It worked using the previous version of the ATI CCC) Youtube works with IE 8.0 with this installation.

I have the same problem, I think - but it only seems to affect YouTube videos set to '360p' quality. If I turn it down to 240p or up to 480p, it plays. At 360p I get a green screen and full sound.
