How do I get rid of the softeare update failed dialogue box, if the update succeeded?

I initially updated FF from 3.6.4 to 3.6.6 in a limited account, so it didn't succeed. I kept getting the update failed box, so I went into an admin account & completed the update, but now in the limited account even though about FF shows 3.6.6 the dialogue box still pops up. XP sp2.

Every time Firefox opened
