Cannot reply or forward messages now
I have version 153.02esr. Since two days ago I cannot reply or forward messages. It pulls up the appropriate page but there is no box to send, the space is just blank in the upper left hand corner.

try this: - click 'new message' button - if menu bar not visible, press alt key - then, on menu bar, click view>toolbars and tick 'composition toolbar'
Thanks, David, but that did not work. I have no composition toolbar listed. BTW, I have all extensions and add-ons disabled in case there is interference.
Well, tested again and it works! But why no composition tool bar?
can you please do a screenshot of what you see with view>toolbars when in composition window?
What OS are you using?

Yes enabling the Composition bar sorted the SEND button, but a bit strange it wasn't there by default.
