I have Verizon FIOS and have been able to receive cable channels on my laptop until recently. Now I cannot access them without a sign-in which leads to some sort of error that I don't understand. Any help?

Hi Paul: Thanks for your reply. I just 'refreshed' Firefox and so far I am receiving the stations. Hopefully this will continue!

I had the same problem Paul experienced but refreshing Firefox has not resolved the issue. I still can't watch Fios channels (MSNBC, ESPN, CNN, etc) from either of my desktop computers and this issue has gone on for the past 3 weeks. I've reached out to Verizon and they said they have not heard about similar issues reported by other Fios subscribers.

Sorry for the late response. Do you still face the issue? If so, what exactly happens? Do you experience troubles signing in your Verizon account?

I'm trying to connect multiple Verizon-related reports and see if there's a more common issue, so your details would really help.
