'''''Add-ons''''' There are many extensions that counter ads and tracking. Examples include Adblock Plus, Blur, Disconnect, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, Ghostery, NoScript, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin and uMatrix. You can manage them by checking their toolbar buttons. These may be on the Extensions button (puzzle piece button) drop-down, or directly on the toolbar. Sometimes there is a number on the icon indicating the number of blocked items.
