I seem to have accidentally set up tab-groups, on desktop. Probably I fat-fingered a shortcut to group some tabs. This is a function I'll never intentionally use — since I'd rather not cut off my fat fingers, is there a way to permanently shut off tab-groups?

Solution choisie

You might double check that it's enabled by going to about:config and see if browser.tabs.groups.enabled is set to true. If so, change the value to false.

Memo to management: In the autogenerated email notifying me of a reply, the "Mark it as solved" button is a broken link.
