Ask to save password not showing up

I have no problem with previous version of ff. i noticed ask to save password not showing up in this version. usually if i fill in a form, ff will save the information for future use.

i have issue with ff, so i uninstall and reinstall. doesnt work. i add additional information in notepad attachment.

i am end user. nothing technical. only uses ublock, clearurl and audio equaliser. not heavy user. just light browsing facebook, google and regular website.

Could you please check if the preference "Ask to save passwords" is checked? It is in the Privacy and Security section of settings. For convenience, you can also type “passwords” in the settings search bar and it will come up.
