Firefox is my default PDF viewer. As of recently, PDFs are all black when opened in Firefox

Show proof of the issue by posting a screenshot and providing a link if we can access the same file. What happens on this site? https://www.irs.gov/downloads/irs-pdf This has been trending lately.
