I see the issue on my Xperia XZ3 running Android 10 when you just tap. You have to just hold and you should get similar options. See screenshot

OK, hold it longer and then appears the popup context menue. It should be standard to geht always this option when text gets marked because its a logically following action.

And when moving by car or train or feet it us Impossible to hold a finger calm.
