How do I get to the MAIN FORUMS where I can create MY OWN POST asking about my own specific questions?

After 10 minutes of clicking this is THE ONLY PLACE I could find to ask a question.

I am bookmarking https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1449202 So after I click "Post Reply" and I do not see my reply I can return and post again.

NOTE: EVERY LINK I have clicked on to get to the forums does NOT actually take me to what I normally see on internet forums, a MAIN PAGE that has categories you can select from to ask questions.

I have been using forums since the 14.4 dialup modem was used to connect to the internet, this is the most confusing layout I have ever seen.

Also note when I copy and paste the username of this post and paste it paste it 2x like seen blow in bold, ANOTHER FIRST since I started using the internet. I think I know why my Thunderbird program NO LONGER SAVES my emails into my folders when I drag and drop and they just disappear never to be seen again. xt728qnnzh xt728qnnzh

rustyp look at top for Get Help and hover over to click on Browse All Products then click on Thunderbird. Then look right for Still need help? as the Ask Now is the form link https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/thunderbird/form to post a new thread in the Thunderbird Support forum section.

To find your existing threads and replies look at top right for your rustyp name and hover over and click on View Profile.

Mozilla has integrated the Knowledge Base with the Support forum as to why you get introduced to the KB articles as you go about posting a new thread. The articles may answer some or all of their questions before posting a new thread.
