DEAR SIR, I HAVE USED A SINCE TIME MOZILA, I HAVE RESET MY PC AND REINSTAL APP, AND LOGIN WITH MY ID AND SYNC IS ON..BUT CANT RETRIVE NY HISTORY ND ALL DATA..CAN I HAVE IT BACK ?

Sync isn't to be used as backup and since reinstall if the data was incomplete the sync most likely doesn't have anymore data to restore back. Firefox only server sync between devices it's not a backup system.
