Access Denied
I am getting: "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.foxnews.com/" on this server. Reference #18.4f102017.1649951199.9ba34cde" Worked OK Previous day. Nothing new on System. Other computers/Tablets OK.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
