lost access to firefox
could not find VCRUNTIME140_1dll...error message .......nowI have no access what happened. other browsers seem to be working fine. how can I fix. do I Uninstall old version before reinstalling a new version on my laptop

- From the section Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 download the following executable file: vc_redist.x64.exe
- Install this file
- Restart the computer and run Firefox

Thank you thank you thank you, can you tell me where or under what microsoft title is that little tid bit of code and why did it only affect firefox? can you help direct me as to why or what is affecting my bandwidth , hotspot reception , apps or programs running in background, task scheduler , any safe way to remove apps tasks, not much i can do to increase reception from verizon tower, cept add alum. foil to phone as a case. repeater is probly best , but so expensive . thank you again i really appreciate help
