Screenshot issue in Firefox 88
Does anyone know if the screenshot issue with Firefox 88 resolved in version 88.1? I had to rollback to a previous version as screenshot wasn't working properly in 88.

Hi Brian, I haven't heard of any other reports like yours (https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1333973).
That said, numerous downloaders and image-related extensions have been having problems on Instagram recently, so it could be related to Insta changes.
Yes I've had this problem since updating to 88 and I tried 88.1 and I'm still having the same problem. I roll it back to 86 and it works fine. I have to use 86 because I can't find 87 I've tried disabling add-ons and refreshing Firefox and that doesn't help. I'm having this problem on Instagram it screenshots the background instead of the selected image.
I can't seem to test at the moment, I keep hitting a login wall.
Do you at least know where I can find a link for 87 until we can figure out what's wrong with 88 and 88.1. As I said before I never has this problem until I updated to 88.
Old versions of Firefox are all on the same server: Install an older version of Firefox.
By the way, if you would consider using an extension to access images on sites that make it difficult, this one has been updated recently to work with the latest Insta design (I haven't tested today, though):
Are you both talking about systems other than MAC?
i have the same problem as brianhecert, but i use a Mac Opererating System.
Not sure if going back to an older version of Firefox will solve this problem, but if nothing else works, i will try it.
- just worried that this move would probably involve a lot of other changes which will be time-consuming and difficult.
Hi zoro.axa, are you also getting odd results taking screenshots on Instagram? Or is it a different issue?
