I want to import passwords from Lastpass (I've already exported to CSV file)

According to Mozilla help there should be an option to import from file https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-login-data-file

I only see import from browser.

I figured it out. You have to enable 'signon.management.page.fileImport.enabled' in about:config
